What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Technical Service Technician to join our Technical Service Team.
The individual will be responsible for performing repairs, calibrations, and technical checks on INDIBA devices, providing support both remotely and on-site when necessary, and contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our technical service operations.
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Perform repairs of the company’s products in the repair workshop.
- Occasionally, travel to the customer's location will be required to resolve issues or support product installations, both nationally and internationally.
- Provide telephone support for technical inquiries from both external and internal customers.
- Perform calibrations and functional tests on repaired equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Conduct electronic safety tests in accordance with both the EN 60.601-1 standard for electromedical equipment and the EN 60.335-1 standard for household appliances.
- Issue certificates of functional conformity and electrical safety.
- Support or deliver technical training courses to external technical service teams (distributors or independent), both nationally and internationally.
- Request the necessary spare parts to carry out repairs.
- Submit regular reports to their supervisor on recurring and/or unusual issues to facilitate resolution.
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- Vocational training in electronics.
- Demonstrated experience of minimum 4 years in a similar role for laser medical device.
- Demonstrated experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role for electronical device.
- Availability to travel to customer locations (distributors or end customers), both nationally and internationally.
