What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Representative – INDIBA Ceuticals to join our Commercial team in Cataluña (Barcelona, Girona and Lleida).

This role is responsible for driving the commercial growth of the INDIBA Ceuticals portfolio through direct B2B sales to aesthetic centers, medical aesthetic clinics and selected retail partners. You will play a key role in increasing product adoption, sell-in and sell-out recurrence, while building long-term relationships with customers.

Working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training and the DermoConsejero/a, you will act as a trusted commercial partner for our clients and a key contributor to business growth.

What you’ll do?

Sales & Territory Management

  • Manage and develop the assigned territory (Barcelona, Girona and Lleida), ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.

  • Visit aesthetic centers, medical aesthetic clinics and retail partners to present, position and sell INDIBA Ceuticals (cosmetics and nutricosmetics).

  • Identify high-potential clients and develop targeted commercial actions to maximize conversion and revenue.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, objections and business dynamics.

Product Training & Sell-out Support

  • Provide basic product training during the sales process: active ingredients, protocols, frequency of use, combination strategies, contraindications and claims.

  • Ensure strong recurrent sell-out by monitoring stock levels, supporting promotions and encouraging long-term product usage.

  • Ensure clients receive all necessary marketing materials, testers, tools and training assets to optimize sell-out performance.

CRM, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Actively manage the sales pipeline using CRM (HubSpot), keeping data updated: visits, opportunities, follow-up actions, forecasting and win/loss analysis.

  • Track and report key KPIs such as new clients, active clients, monthly revenue, recurrence rate, campaign impact and product rotation.

  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams regarding market trends, competition, customer feedback and product performance.

Collaboration & Events

  • Work closely with the DermoConsejero/a to coordinate Ceuticals Lab attendance, Open House Days and post-event follow-up.

  • Execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional actions defined by Marketing and Commercial Management.

  • Participate in internal sales meetings, product trainings and strategic workshops.

  • Support regional or national events (fairs, Ceuticals Lab, Open House Days, distributor trainings) when required.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, commercial procedures and regulatory guidelines applicable to cosmetic and nutricosmetic products.

What you’ll bring

  • Training in aesthetics, dermocosmetics, sales or related fields.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales within cosmetics, dermocosmetics, pharmacy channel, aesthetic sector or similar.

  • Strong commercial and communication skills, with proven negotiation and persuasion ability.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and sell-out.

  • Ability to manage territory planning, time organization and KPI tracking.

  • Basic knowledge of cosmetics, nutricosmetics, active ingredients and skin physiology.

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proactive, autonomous and accountable attitude.

  • Spanish and Catalan proficiency (required).

  • English level valued.

  • Availability for daily travel within the territory and occasional national trips.
