What are we looking for?

We are actively seeking a Lead Qualifier sales (Inside Sales) for our Sales Department.

The candidate will manage lead follow-up, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to increase the efficiency of the sales processes concerning potential clients that are converted into qualified leads.


Which will be your responsabilities?

  • Lead qualification
  • Follow-up of leads generated through campaigns, events, and the website
  • Support sales by identifying real opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Ensure the transfer of leads to the network and assist in the sales process
  • Data analysis and preparation of monthly reports
  • Monitor conversion rates in HubSpot CRM
  • Identify potential sales opportunities
  • Improve the potential client process for greater efficiency
  • Provide suggestions for improving campaigns that generate leads


What do you need to be a succesful candidate?

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing
  • + 2 years of experience in B2B sales departments
  • Expert in using sales tools and HubSpot CRM
  • Analysis and interpretation of trends and data
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
