What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Key Account Manager for our Sales Department in Madrid.
The candidate will look for the assigned annual sales budget for the Deep Care brand within the designated region; propose and design, in collaboration with the direct manager, the annual action plan to ensure the achievement of the assigned sales target, defining the necessary qualitative and quantitative objectives, and lastly; identify and develop new business opportunities to increase local market presence and expand the portfolio of key clients in the region.
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Ensure a proper sales balance across different business targets (Aesthetic Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Dermatology, and Trichology).
- Manage lead follow-up in the assigned region, optimizing resources and achieving the optimal sales performance level relative to the leads generated.
- Act as an intermediary between clients and company services to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs and ensure an optimal level of service.
- Provide the direct manager with insights into market dynamics and trends within the assigned region, analyzing industry (competitor) actions.
- Report monthly to the direct manager on key activities and the achievement of set objectives.
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- Academic background: Vocational training or higher education
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the assigned geographical area
- Proven experience in managing direct channels and regional key accountsas brand manager within the medical devices industry.
- Knowledge of the profile and environment of the medical aesthetics client
- Familiarity with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and sales channels in medical aesthetics
- Understanding of the main competitors and technologies in the field of medical aesthetics
