  • Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives in assembly processes, tooling and required machinery.

  • Define, monitor and communicate departmental KPIs to the team and the Operations department.

  • In collaboration with Quality, define and implement process improvement actions to reduce quality issues generated during production.

  • Generate and maintain master data and manufacturing documentation for products manufactured both internally and by suppliers, including technical instructions and ERP (Dynamics) data.

  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of Bills of Materials, product data and manufacturing instructions in the ERP.

  • Ensure availability and maintenance of work instructions, records, labeling and all supporting documentation required for internal and external manufacturing.

  • Lead and manage technical aspects related to subcontracted assembly with national and international suppliers.

  • Manage suppliers of tooling and ensure the creation and availability of production tools, both internally and at supplier sites.

  • Work closely with R&D, Quality, Production and suppliers to introduce new products into Production.

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering (mechanical, electronic or similar).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in an industrial environment.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in defining, implementing and improving industrial processes.

  • Solid technical knowledge in electronic equipment manufacturing environments.

  • Proven leadership, communication and team-working skills.

  • Strategic mindset, strong planning and organizational capabilities.

  • Proactive and assertive approach.

  • Hybrid work model and flexible schedule.

  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience.

  • Fringe benefits (meal voucher / flexible compensation, BH Bienestar program, etc.).

  • Opportunity to play a key role in an international, innovative and growing medical device company.
