What are we looking for?

We are actively seeking a Group Finance Specialist / Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Sant Quirze del Vallès (Barcelona).

Reporting to the Group Controller and working closely with the CFO, this role will support INDIBA’s growth and international expansion across accounting, audit, consolidation, tax, treasury and finance projects.

We are looking for a senior finance problem solver with a strong technical background, able to analyse complex financial matters, structure solutions and provide practical recommendations across the Group.

Which will be your responsibilities?

  • Act as a finance problem solver across the Group, analysing complex financial matters and providing practical recommendations.

  • Support Group accounting, consolidation and financial reporting, including technical accounting matters related to acquisitions and business combinations.

  • Coordinate external audits and act as a key contact for auditors and external advisors.

  • Support corporate tax and Transfer Pricing matters, coordinating with external advisors and international subsidiaries.

  • Lead cash flow forecasting and treasury planning, monitoring liquidity and working capital performance.

  • Provide financial analysis and scenario modelling to support management decision-making.

  • Drive finance transformation and process improvement initiatives, including automation, reporting tools and financial controls.

What do you need to be a successful candidate?

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or audit, ideally combining Big Four audit experience with a multinational or international environment.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and consolidation, including IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP (PGC).

  • Experience in audit coordination, corporate tax, Transfer Pricing, treasury and cash flow forecasting.

  • Exposure to acquisitions, business combinations or integration projects will be highly valued.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, autonomous and continuous improvement mindset.
