What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a business-oriented Dermocosmetic coach, a hybrid commercial–training role, designed to act as the bridge between the Medical Department and the Sales Representatives/Agents and Distributors. The primary objective is to educate, activate and accelerate Ceuticals sell-out through high-impact training, Ceuticals Lab events, "jornadas de puertas abiertas", and continuous commercial support to aesthetic and aesthetic-medical centers and other INDIBA customers.
Although perceived by clients as a trainer, this role maintains clear commercial responsibility, driving adoption, usage, and revenue.
What you’ll do?
Act as the national lead for Ceuticals Lab events: planning, execution, delivery of training, commercial follow-up, performance tracking and coordination with regional Sales Representatives.
Make follow-up phone calls with clients who attend the Ceuticals Lab or other trainings to understand how they are selling the products and identify their needs.
Identify top clients across Spain and organize Open House Days / "Jornadas de puertas abiertas" (B2B2C) to help them maximize sell-out of Ceuticals stock with tailored promotional actions.
Measure and report KPIs: client attendance, conversion, new client acquisition, expected revenue per event, satisfaction levels, and training effectiveness.
Deliver structured internal training for the Sales Representatives/ Agents and Distributors on Ceuticals products, protocols, active ingredients, claims, selling arguments, competitive landscape and customer typologies.
Deliver external training to clients (esthetic centers, medical aesthetic clinics, retail, and other INDIBA customers) with clear, simple, high-impact messages adapted to non-medical audiences.
Serve as the main link between the Medical team and the commercial field teams, ensuring that medical/scientific content is translated into actionable communication for customers.
Provide support to international distributors, including on-site training and events, when requested.
Participate in national fairs, industry events and distributor activities when aligned with the commercial plan.
Provide continuous feedback to Marketing, Training, Medical and Sales on customer needs, barriers, objections and market dynamics.
Collaborate with the training team to develop joint protocols combining in-cabine INDIBA treatments with Ceuticals to enhance the 360º treatment approach.
What you’ll bring
Degree or vocational training in Aesthetics, Dermocosmetics, Beaury Therapy, Pharmacy Technician or similar and minimum 2-3 years’ experience in aesthetic centers, cosmetic brands, dermo cosmetics, training roles or sales roles in beauty/aesthetic sector.
Solid background on sales, communication, commercial activation and experience managing events.
Fluent Spanish (required); English (desired)
Good command of productivity tools (MS Office).
Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
Strong communication & public-speaking skills.
Ability to simplify scientific concepts for non-medical audiences.
Analytical mindset to follow KPIs and performance.
Empathy and customer focus
What we offer (besides having fun while working hard)
Permanent, full-time position.
Hybrid work and flexible schedule.
Attractive compensation aligned with experience.
Fringe benefits (meal voucher/flexible compensation, BH Bienestar program, etc.).
International scope in a multinational and dynamic environment.
