What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our office in Sant Quirze del Vallès.
The individual will be responsible for managing the full order cycle with international distributors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction, while coordinating with internal departments and handling export operations in compliance with international trade regulations.
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Ensure a high level of relationship with both national and international clients and distributors, aiming for their complete satisfaction in terms of response time to their inquiries and the management of their orders.
- Achieve optimal service throughout the entire order process, from receipt to final delivery to the client, working in close collaboration with all departments involved in the process (Operations, Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Marketing).
- Register new clients and maintain and update the internal database.
- Handle client phone calls, providing any information they may need regarding the features of the products or services offered by the company.
- Invoice national and service orders. Invoice and prepare all necessary documentation required by clients for export shipments.
- Handle any issues related to the quality of the products and services provided (registering the incident, returns, issuing credit notes, and replacing the material if necessary).
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- University Diploma (equivalent to a medium-level degree) or Vocational Training in Administration, or Advanced Vocational Degree in Administration.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a Customer Service Export Department.
- Experience in the aesthetics or medical equipment sector will be an asset.
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office package
- Fluent professional French and English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
