INDIBA is seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to own the CRM ecosystem end-to-end and establish it as the company’s single source of truth for customer data, segmentation, automation, and revenue insights.
This role will play a key part in driving B2B eCommerce growth, using customer data, segmentation, and personalization to build targeted promotional strategies and automated journeys that increase engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
Own and govern the global CRM, including data structure, lifecycle stages, properties, lists, and workflows.
Build and maintain unified Customer 360 profiles across all customer touchpoints.
Manage CRM integrations with internal systems (ERP, LMS, mobile app, website, eCommerce, service tools).
Design and maintain dynamic, behaviour-driven customer segmentation (device owned, purchase history, frequency, training status, engagement).
Lead B2B eCommerce CRM initiatives, including:
Segmented promotional campaigns
Personalized product recommendations
Replenishment and repeat-purchase workflows
Cart and browse abandonment programs
Create and optimize automated email workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, eCommerce promotions, cross-sell/upsell, and re-engagement.
Ensure high data quality through audits, deduplication rules, and standardized processes.
8. Deliver CRM dashboards and reporting to support funnel visibility, eCommerce performance, and revenue attribution.
9. Act as the central CRM point of contact across Marketing, Sales, Training, IT, and Customer Service.
5+ years experience managing a CRM platform in a B2B environment.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, lists, properties, segmentation, and email automation.
Proven experience supporting B2B eCommerce growth through CRM, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and promotional strategy.
Experience building automated campaigns tied to purchase behavior and customer lifecycle.
Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global, multi-region organization.
