What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Clinical Trainer for our Medical & Training Department.
Given the dynamic nature of our departments, we are proactively reaching out to professionals who may be interested in joining our team. We believe it is crucial to establish connections with individuals who possess the expertise and specialization that align with our growing needs.
The candidate will conduct pre-sales demonstration sessions, present at both national and international conferences, and provide training for INDIBA Aesthetics, Rehab&Sports, Animal Health, and K-LASER brands (depending on the specialization).
Which will be your responsabilities?
- Train and promote INDIBA and/or K-LASER technology to national and international clients, agents, and distributors.
- Ensure accurate recording of conducted training sessions following company procedures.
- Regularly report activity to the direct supervisor.
- Collaborate with the medical and R&D departments for the development of new protocols and applications.
- Address inquiries regarding training content or application from end customers and distributors/agents.
- Acquire knowledge related to each brand, particularly in the areas of Medical Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Aesthetic Gynecology, Rehabilitation, Sports, Pelvic Floor, Laser, or Animal Health.
- Adhere to internal regulations, IT policies, Quality System, and company Risk Prevention guidelines.
What do you need to be a succesful candidate?
- Academic background: Aesthetics, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Aesthetic Physiotherapy, Pelvic Floor, Aesthetic Medicine, Assistant/Technician in Aesthetic Medicine, Veterinary.
- Knowledge in medical equipment, medical aesthetics, laser / Aesthetic Pathology / Rehab / Veterinary.
- 2+ years of experience in the application of aesthetic, medical, or veterinary treatments with equipment.
- 2+ years of experience conducting training courses for clients or sales networks.
- Pre-post surgical treatments / manual lymphatic drainage / understanding of pelvic floor, musculoskeletal pathology, knowledge in veterinary.
- Be a proactive, versatile, self-motivated and autonomous person.
- Fluent Spanish & English language skills in both verbal and written communication is a must.
- Availability for national and international travels.
