What are we looking for?

We are actively seeking an Accountant - Treasury and Clients for our Finance Department.

The candidate will be responsible for the accounting management of the client area, as well as the treasury area, among other functions.


Which will be your responsabilities?

  • Recording and daily management of bank transactions.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Serve as a point of contact and negotiate with banking institutions regarding day-to-day activities related to working capital.
  • Analysis of payment methods and terms for both clients and suppliers to propose improvements.
  • Preparation of cash flow forecasts.
  • Handle client management tasks, including allocating credit limits, conducting Aging analysis, monitoring and collecting balances, authorizing orders, and setting up new accounts.
  • Perform closing tasks related to clients, such as making provisions for insolvencies, managing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and carrying out internal reclassifications related to sales.
  • Participate in Regional Audits.
  • Provide general support and assistance to the administration-accounting department.


What do you need to be a succesful candidate?

  • High education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the economic-financial department (minimum 3 years), specifically in the treasury and client areas.
  • Essential proficiency in Excel and intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in ERP environments, preferably Dynamics 365, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of general tax law.
  • Proactive, versatile, and autonomous individual.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a high work capacity and a keen sense of quality; should grasp the essence of complex aspects and translate them into practical and actionable solutions for the organization.
  • Ability to provide a global perspective to the entire business process.
  • Demonstrates solid communication skills, as well as teamwork and cooperation.
  • Solid communication skills in English.
  • Organizational and planning capabilities.
